WATERJET
CUTTING
Blade has over 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing metalwork for various industries. We specialise in creating stainless steel enclosures, tanks, and brackets, particularly for the water utilities sector.
Our advanced technology includes Flow CNC waterjet profiling and Bystronic CNC press brake folding, enabling us to work with a wide range of materials - stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper, and others - up to 100mm thick.
We also offer expert fabrication services using MIG, TIG, and synergic welding for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
For precision and consistency, we employ Demmeler jigging tables for accurate welding of parts and assemblies. A variety of inserts and fixings are incorporated into our products to ensure quality and durability.
Using SolidWorks and Draftsight for product design, we prioritise efficient material use, ease of assembly, and optimal appearance - helping to reduce both product costs and lead times.
